These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of hype365.com and the services offered by Hype Sports LLC (“Hype Sports,” “we,” “us”), located at 4888 East Nance Springs Rd, Dalton, GA 30721. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of our website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us, book a session, or register for a program.
Memberships, bookings, and payments
- Membership pricing, add-ons, and class rates are described on our website and may change. Current rates are confirmed at sign-up.
- Booking a personal training session online is free. Session rates are paid directly to the trainer. If you do not show up for a booked session, you are responsible for the full session payment due to the trainer.
- Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Facility rules and safety
- Kids ages 7 and up are welcome with a parent, guardian, or other adult, who must stay with them for the entire visit.
- Only students in 6th grade and up may use the weight room, and only with their parent or guardian. Kids below 6th grade stay in the turf area with their adult.
- You are responsible for using equipment safely and following staff instructions. Physical activity involves risk; consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program: Hype Sports LLC sends text messages to people who opt in, including replies to inquiries, booking confirmations and reminders, membership and account updates, and, if you choose, promotions and offers.
How to opt in: You can opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box when you chat with us on hype365.com, or by texting us first.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Hype 5 referral program
- A member who has five active members they referred to Hype Sports receives their membership free for each month those five remain active members.
- A referral counts only while that person is an active, current member.
- If a member drops below five active referrals, Hype Sports will notify them. The member must refer a new member to keep a free membership, or regular membership billing resumes.
- Hype Sports may change or end the program at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hype Sports LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.
